    This letter is hand written and signed by
    Abe Williams
    Historical note:
    The store was established the Business in 1866 and Mr. Abe Williams was in the possesion of the store in 1886.
    The article applauds the store for being divided into departments including clothing, gents furnishing goods and hands.
    It also acknowledges the good pricing that the store had. It names brands of upper end clothing labels. See the attached article mage.
    CONDITION: Normal letter folds and is in very good condition.
    The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the item that is for sale.
