Founded in 2002, it grew to a near billion dollars in annual sales by 2015. Texas Direct Auto was acquired by a venture firm in 2016 and now operates under the name Vroom.com. Prior to Texas Direct Auto, Rick was founder and CEO of Tenaid Technologies, which specialized in billing solutions for the newly deregulated energy markets in the late 90s. The company was acquired in 2001.
Brian Stone
Co-Founder, COO
Prior to joining Joyride.com, Brian held various executive roles at CarMax from 1997-2017 where he played a key role helping CarMax grow from 0 million to billion in annual revenue. From 1997-2008, he served as Assistant Vice President, Merchandising and helped develop their proprietary pricing algorithm and vehicle appraisal system. From 2008-2011, he served as Vice President, Sales where he led the sales organization through the Great Recession. From 2011-2015, he served as Vice President Operations and led more than 10,000 employees across 175 locations. From 2015-2017, he served as Vice President, Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions and led strategic partnerships and equity investments.
Alison Green

Prior to joining Joyride, Alison held various roles at private equity multi-service company from 2006-2021. She most recently led their largest region as Gulf Coast Controller. During her tenure, she oversaw the finances for multiple business entities, while integrating and leading numerous business acquisitions into their portfolio. Alison has been instrumental in building the regional finance team that was responsible for growing the region million to 0 million.
Saima Siddiqui
Director, Product Management
Saima has a proven track record of launching enterprise software products to market from the ground up across multiple industries including Automotive, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Services. She currently leads Product strategy and operations, and oversees product development. Saima is passionate about working with early stage start ups to implement and mobilize full scale product organizations with best practices to turn conception into reality. Her background in IT and Management consulting positions her to additionally add value across the organization.
