Lovely pair of antique Minton dinner plates with hand painted pink roses, blue floral garlands and a gold gilt rim. There are 2 plates, about 10-1/8 inches in diameter. On the back of the plates is the Mintons globe print mark with a crown above. This mark was used from 1873 to 1890. The word England was added in 1891, so these plates predate 1891. Both plates are in very good antique condition with no chips or cracks. I would characterize the plates as having a slight yellow tone to the white background, rather than being pure white. That may be from the age of the plates, but I am not sure. Condition is Preowned/used.
