Brass Communion Ware Tray Base 12" Older

Older Communion ware base
Unmarked but was with other pieces marked "Artistic Brass"
Bottom diameter 12-1/4"
Top insert diameter 11-7/8"
Note the newer Artistic Ware is about 1/8" narrower on top.
Condition:  in need of lots of polish & elbow grease.
You will not I polished a section, and appears to be solid brass.
Also, a ding in the top highlighted in pics, about dime size dent
