These are made using water, garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour and palm oil. The gluten content is 6 parts per million. To be considered gluten-free the gluten content has to be below 20 parts per million. Baking of these hosts is done in a dedicated bakery catering to gluten free items. These gluten-free wafers are considered to be invalid material for the Catholic Mass. Shelf life one year. Cross design
All hosts have a carefully molded sealed edge which prevents crumbs.
They are baked of only pure wheat flour and water and are made strictly without additives.
