Pre-owned unit recently retired from a major Houston medical facility. Per consignor report unit is in perfect working condition. Minimal cosmetic wear (if any) consistent with normal use. All contact points and accessories are immaculate.
Due to the size / weight of this unit, we are marking them for local-pickup only. If you would like it shipped freight, we would be happy to load the unit into a truck via forklift at our location. 2. Requirement for Certification:
Some medical equipment requires maintenance and re-certification, based on state and federal requirements. It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to obtain proper certifications/licenses if the purchased equipment is to be used in conjunction with patient care and/or diagnosis, and to have the equipment thoroughly inspected by a bio-medical professional for its performance and safety parameters before actual use for patient care and/or diagnosis.
3. Assumption of Responsibility/Risk:
The Purchaser understands and agrees that professional medical and/or industrial equipment can be associated with a high level of risk and, to the extent permitted by law, the Purchaser expressly and voluntarily assumes the risk of death or other personal injury sustained while using this equipment. The Purchaser agrees that the Seller shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment. Additionally, the Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Seller harmless from any third party claims arising from any use or misuse of the purchased equipment. Regardless of the origin of any equipment, documentation provided or identification appearing upon the equipment, the equipment described and offered here is sold "as-is", "where-is", and "with all faults (if any)", and is in no way certified for, recommended for, or offered for any specific use.

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies.
