MIDMARK 491 FULL POWER EXAM CHAIR WITH MIDMARK 498 TREATMENT CABINET.
Condition, Used: An item that has been used previously.  The upholstery is NEW.  The chair works fine but the limit switch for Auto return needs adjusted because the chair goes to far forward when the (Auto Return) button is pushed.  When the buttons are pushed independently there is no issue.   The treatment cabinet is in good working order the pumps look fairly new.  There are no pressure or suction hoses included.
Shipping – 2-3 Business days.  LTL Freight.  Business to business only.  The driver will unload the pallet outside and buyer is responsible for bringing the equipment inside or to desired location.  If you have limited access or specific delivery needs please contact us in advance before making a purchase.
• Damage – If your item arrives damaged do not sign for product. Refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If you sign for the shipment you are declaring that you have inspected the shipment and are satisfied with the condition of your product unless you the box doesn’t show any damages and when you open it the item is damaged.
• International – Any additional fees or taxes for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Payment – Payments must be received within 3 days or your order will be cancelled and relisted unless you contact us if you having any problems with payment and need more time.
