FOR STANDARD/STOCK PRODUCT Stock orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping by contacting our customer service team, in writing, with no re-stocking fee. Returns made on these items, up to 14 days from receipt, unused/unopened in original packaging, will accrue a minimal 20% restocking fee, unless exchanged for similar product of equal or greater value. Returned product not in original packaging or shows signs of damage, abuse, alterations, misuse, or wear it will be evaluated by our staff and applicable restocking fees will be charged, or return denied, at their discretion. Returns of standard/stock items will not be accepted after 14 days. FOR CUSTOM/MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCT Orders may be cancelled same day, in writing, if request is received before order has been sent to production. Once orders for custom items have been processed and sent to production, or shipped, they are non-refundable, non-returnable. FOR WARRANTY Defective products may be returned for evaluation within the warranty period that product is covered under. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired at the Steris discretion. ALL RETURNS All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number, within14 days of RMA issue date. Items received without a valid RMA number will not be honored, no credit will be issued. Shipping charges for transit to/from customer on all products is the responsibility of the customer, unless previously agreed to beforehand in writing.
Shipping Damage: Inspect your item for possible shipping damage as soon as you receive it. Report to us any shipping damage immediately. Obtain an authorization number before returning item/s.
