Description

This is a Set of 8 Antique Mintons 10-3/4" Dinner Plates #98860 Wide Gold Encrusted Rim.  They have the older "Mintons" (with an 's') mark on the back.  The plates are 10-3/4" wide with 2" gold encrusted rims.  They have hand painted tiny dots around the outer edge of the rim, a wide gold encrusted design on the rim, a scrolled accent around the inner part of the rim, and a center medallion with another gold encrusted design in the middle.  This is a gorgeous set!  They are used but look as if they were barely used.  One plate has a tiny spec of a gold flake on the outer edge (see last photo).  Otherwise, there are no chips, cracks, crazing, stains, or wear in the gold and no stacking wear as they were stored with ornate gold paper protectors between each plate.  Six of these protectors (pictured) will be included (only one missing).
A signature confirmation will be required at delivery!
This is a previously used item and may show light signs of gentle use.

t is common for vintage items to have minor manufacturing imperfections in the pattern, trim, or glaze.  More serious flaws will be noted in the description.
