    Brotherly Love
    Wapusk National Park, Manitoba, Canada
    Limited Edition of 90/1500
While older bears wait out the long fall sleeping in snow banks or under willows, these two sub-adults wrestle and tumble to pass the time. When polar bears are born they are the size of a squirrel and completely unable to care for themselves. They spend the following four months in the protection of their den, clinging to their mother for warmth and feeding on her nutrient-rich milk. By the time the cubs leave the den, they are the best of playmates, a relationship that holds true until they are left to fend for themselves.
Limited edition photograph printed on Fuji Crystal Archive print paper. The image is framed with museum quality materials, including a fine wood frame, 100% acid free matting or fabric covered wood liner. The image is protected by Natureview A/R ® glass.
