This guy is SCARY! Made in Bali, Circa 1970
Unique Vintage Straw & Wood Man / Doll MADE IN BALI  -- East Indies -- Indonesia This unique vintage doll from Bali is made of woven natural materials and it has a hand carved and hand painted wood face (that is sewn on to the woven doll through a little hole in front of each ear). This hand crafted doll is a wonderful old "sculpture". Some of the woven materials used have been hand painted / tinted. The colors are subtle (and of course there has probably been some fading due to light exposure over the years). Approximate Dimensions: 9.5" x 9" (width at arms). It is in good used vintage condition. The fiber strings on a couple of fingers are bent.
