We clean thoroughly, put in new batteries or attach power adapter, test, and repackage each product.
We DO NOT MODIFY OR TAMPER WITH THE OS AND WE DO NOT SHIP LOCKED PRODUCTS.

We purchased several Vivint return/upgrade pallets. We sorted and discarded the non functioning units. Separated the fixable, open box, and anything that looks new or unused including: sensors and cameras.
We have a 30 Day refund/replacement policy on ALL Vivint products, unless specifically stated in product description (Wholesale Lots, Auctions etc..)
Vivint Glance Panel Accessibility and Controls
If you’re looking for full control over your smart home, the Vivint Glance Display is the way to do it. You can connect all of your cameras, locks, lights, and even the thermostat to it. If you buy new cameras or additions to your smart home, you’ll be able to add them to the Glance Display with ease.
Vivint Glance Display only needs two things to work properly: power and a stable internet connection. When it comes to power, the panel will always be connected to a power outlet. If your house faces an outage, it’ll keep working thanks to the backup battery. With Vivint, a power outage shouldn’t mean losing control over your smart home.
The battery lasts for 4 hours. Once power is restored, it’ll recharge in preparation for a future disconnection from power. To maintain the WiFi connection during an outage, we have several options for you. You can also invest in a router that comes with a backup battery or connect it to a power bank.
The Glance Display lets you view your cameras and any recorded footage on the drive. You can also use it to adjust temperature and the internal environment in your home. Any lights or locks connected to it will be accessible so that you can turn them on or off through the panel.
It’s extremely easy to use and you’ll get a hang of it instantly. There’s very little use to having a control panel that’s difficult to navigate or operate. It would take the smart out of smart home. That’s why we worked on developing a user interface that’s suitable for the entire family, including those who aren’t entirely comfortable with technology.
